TERMS OF USE

Apple's licence comes first

TILT is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

The points below add to that agreement. Where they cover the same ground, they explain how it applies to TILT.

TILT+ subscription

• TILT+ is an optional auto-renewing subscription, offered monthly and yearly, billed to your Apple ID.
• The price and the length of each period are shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency.
• It renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your Apple ID is charged for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID settings (iPhone Settings, your name, Subscriptions).
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; TILT+ stays active until the end of the period you have paid for.

Coin packs, bundles and the starter pack

• Coin packs and the booster bundle are consumable: what they add (coins, hints, undos, blocks, steers) is used up as you play, and they can be bought again.
• The starter pack is a one-time purchase per Apple ID. It can be restored, but the coins and boosters it gives are added once.
• What each item contains and its price are shown in the shop before you buy.

Virtual items

Coins, boosters, lives and other items in TILT are a licence to use them in the game. They have no cash value, cannot be exchanged for money or anything outside the game, and cannot be transferred to another player.

Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. GIOT does not process payments and cannot issue refunds itself. To request a refund, use https://reportaproblem.apple.com. If Apple refunds a purchase, what it gave may be removed from the game.

Restoring purchases

Purchases are tied to the Apple ID used to buy them. On a new or reset iPhone, sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore purchases in Settings or the shop. TILT+ and the starter pack come back; consumables that were already used do not.

Fair play

Play TILT as it is meant to be played. Don't use cheats, bots, modified versions of the app or bugs to get coins, items or daily results, and don't interfere with the game's servers. If we find this, we may remove the items gained that way or block the player ID from our server.

Content and features can change

We keep working on TILT. Levels, puzzles, items, prices and features may change, be added or be removed over time. TILT may also be discontinued one day; where practical, we will give reasonable notice before that happens.

As is, and our liability

TILT is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, GIOT's total liability to you in connection with TILT is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the laws that apply to you and cannot be set aside by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights mentioned above.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
