Apple's licence comes first

Drawtale is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the Standard EULA): www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/

The points below add to that agreement. Where they cover the same ground, they explain how it applies to Drawtale.

What a purchase gives you

Buying Premium, whether as a subscription or as a one-time Lifetime purchase, gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the Premium content and features in the app. It is a licence to use them, not ownership of the books, pictures, audio or app.

What Lifetime means

Lifetime means access to Premium for as long as GIOT offers and supports Drawtale. It does not mean the lifetime of the buyer, and it is not tied to any particular number of years.

Content and features can change

We keep working on Drawtale. Books, pictures, voices, languages and features may change, be added or be removed over time.

Drawtale may also be discontinued one day. Where practical, we will give reasonable notice before that happens.

Subscriptions

• The monthly and yearly plans are auto-renewing subscriptions billed by Apple.
• A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel it at any time in your Apple ID settings (Settings, your name, Subscriptions).
• Cancelling stops the next renewal; Premium stays open until the end of the period you have paid for.

Payments and refunds

All payments are processed by Apple. GIOT does not process payments and cannot issue refunds itself. To request a refund, use reportaproblem.apple.com.

Restoring purchases

Purchases are tied to the Apple ID used to buy them. To get Premium back on a new or reset device, sign in with the same Apple ID and tap Restore purchases in the app.

Availability

Drawtale, its plans and its prices may vary by region and by device, and some features may not be available everywhere.

As is, and our liability

Drawtale is provided "as is". We work to keep it running well, but we cannot promise it will always be free of errors or interruptions.

To the extent permitted by law, GIOT's total liability to you in connection with Drawtale is limited to the amount you paid for it in the 12 months before the claim.

Your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have as a consumer under the laws that apply to you and cannot be set aside by agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without affecting the mandatory consumer rights mentioned above.

Changes to these terms

If these terms change, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new effective date.
